Brij, co-founder and an alumnus of IHM Ahmedabad, gained expertise in 5-star kitchens. He oversees food production, ensuring quality and consistency while blending traditional flavors with modern culinary trends.
Kavita, co-founder and an alumnus of IHM Mumbai, manages operations and service. She plans customized menus and ensures smooth logistics, delivering a warm and memorable hospitality experience.
