How Kwizine Began

Brij Gangaramani and Kavita Amarnani founded KWIZINE in October 2011 to bring fine-dining standards to catering. With decades of hospitality experience, they now serve both intimate and large corporate events with customized multi-cuisine menus.

Brij, co-founder and an alumnus of IHM Ahmedabad, gained expertise in 5-star kitchens. He oversees food production, ensuring quality and consistency while blending traditional flavors with modern culinary trends.
